Sheila
Dews-Johnson is the Director, Supplier Diversity and Sourcing
Manager for McCormick. She has been with the company for 28 years in
several different capacities including HR, Manufacturing, and Quality
Assurance. She has lead McCormick's Supplier Diversity effort for the past
eleven years and taken the company's program from baseline to it's present
state. She is past chair of the NMSDC Food and Beverage Industry Group; past chair and current 1st vice chair and board member of the MD/DC MSDC. McCormick is also a founding member of the Diverse Manufacturing Supply Chain Alliance(DMSCA). Sheila has been recognized by Minority Business Magazine and Women's Enterprise USA for her efforts and achievements in Supplier Diversity. She is also responsible for sourcing several raw material categories for McCormick NA. Sheila holds a BA degree from Rutgers University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She lives in Forest Hill, Maryland with her husband Gregory. They have two daughters Dominique, 22 and Morgan,11. |
