Post conference workshops are for both Suppliers currently engaged in the Corporate Mentoring Program (CMP) and prospective CMP Suppliers:
CMP 1.0 – CMP System SCOR Integration
CMP 2.0 and 3.0 – CMP Performance Benchmarking Readiness and Performance Benchmarking On-Line Execution Overview (includes 4.0 level 1: SCORmark Operational Deployment)
Each registrant will only be able to attend one session. Anyone who has attended the entire DMSCA 2011 Education & Training Conference will receive credit for completing the CMP 1.0 workshop, and can sign up to participate in the Friday CMP 2.0 workshop. Supplier representatives who have not attended the Conference or who would like a review of the material may sign up for the CMP 1.0 workshop. Additionally, there will be a short review of CMP 1.0 during the first part of the CMP 2.0 session.
CMP 1.00
There is no prerequisite for CMP 1. The workshop will focus on:

- Supply Chain Activity Areas
- Supply Chain Performance Attributes
- Supply Chain Maturity Factors
- Business Platforms
- Performance Dashboards
- CMP Implementation Phases Performance Maturity Certification

CMP Suppliers must complete CMP 1.0 before moving on to CMP 2.0. The workshop will focus on:

- Organizational Readiness
- Performance Benchmarking
- Supply Chain Definition- Supply Chain Prioritization
- Benchmarking Overview and Metrics
- Business Data Collection
- CMP 3.0 Performance Benchmarking On-Line Execution Overview
- CMP 4.0 SCORmark Operational Deployment (Level 1)
- Disconnect Analysis
- Supply Chain Network Mapping
